Update Your Account Access: Create User ID and Password

Beginning with this page, you will go through a brief series of steps to update the login information you need to access your account. With our new login process, you can no longer use your Social Security number to log in.

Create the User ID and password you want to use to access your account.


Your User ID must be between 5 and 30 characters, and cannot be 9 consecutive numbers or contain certain special characters.  

I think I already created a User ID but I forgot it.


Passwords are case-sensitive, must be 7 characters or longer, contain at least 1 letter and 1 number, and cannot match your user ID or contain more than 2 repeating characters.
