Some items you'll need
  • Your address and phone number
  • Names and addresses of two references who do not live with you
  • A printer (the application will be at least 8 pages)

If you have non-Great Lakes serviced loans you would like included in your consolidation, you will need the following information in addition to the items listed above:

  • Names of your servicers/lenders
  • Estimated loan balances
  • Loan types
